Scoring Session: 'Rio 2'

Director Carlos Saldanha's recent release, Rio 2, was scored by composer John Powell, who also composed the first installment, Rio. Jose Serebrier conducted the recording at the Newman Scoring Stage at 20th Century Fox with the Hollywood Studio Symphony. Rio 2 - Original Motion Picture Score was released by Atlantic Records digitally and on CD in April. A soundtrack album was also released in March.
